I named my company Caput. For several reasons. But one of them being that I am a huge fan of brokenness. I sincerely believe that we do not work if we don't allow ourselves to be broken. If we don't allow the cracks to exist. That's the only way love, life, pain, confusion, beauty and mystery can get in and out. I endorse that. Loving the brokenness in the midst of the beauty we call life.
